The CNMV (Spanish National Securities Market Commission) reports that, at the end of 2024, the total number of venture capital entities (including SCRs, FCRs, and European funds such as FCRE and FESE) was 1,256. At VIR AUDIT, we audit approximately 60 venture capital funds, making us one of the leading audit firms for this type of entity. Our market share is close to 5%.
